Creativity lies at the heart of good advice. Such creativity, however, needs to be rooted in a solid framework. Economics provides this framework.
Economic Information Services (EIS) can help you and your business by:
- providing you with up-to-date financial and economic information
- analysing data to identify important drivers and trends
- developing a strategic plan that provides an effective guide for all you do
- designing KPIs and reporting templates that speak to your strategy
- developing and assessing business cases to ensure preferred options are well supported
- valuing business cash flows and other economic benefits and costs, including social impacts
- providing an analysis of an industry and an assessment of competitiveness
- producing related on-line content for your websites or e-newsletters
Economic Information Services commenced in 1997, following 10 years of lecturing and research across economics and finance at a number of universities. Clients span both private and public sectors, and include consultancies, peak bodies, not-for-profits and local and state governments. In 2008 I embarked on designing a product for my own start-up business, which continues to provide a fertile learning ground for business and marketing learnings.
